The open time slots posted on the calendar (link below) are all Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT).
To schedule an ASLPI, send an email to ASLPI@gallaudet.edu with 2-3 possible time slots that work for your schedule. If you need to take the ASLPI via videophone, please review Videophone (VP) ASLPIs. A neutral site and proctor is required and s/he must be available for the date and time you submit. We will get back to you (and your proctor if applicable) with a confirmed date and time for your ASLPI.
We cannot meet last minute requests so please schedule in advance.
Time Slot Formats:
If you are interested in scheduling a face-to-face evaluation, you will look at the OPEN ASLPI time slots.
For a videophone evaluation from your location, you can look at both the OPEN ASLPI and OPEN VP ONLY ASLPI time slots. Both formats work for a videophone evaluation. If you take the ASLPI via videophone, please review the requirements outlined on the Videophone (VP) ASLPIs web page.
The OPEN VP ONLY ASLPI time slots are also available for examinees who come to our office to take the evaluation. This is a videophone format. The evaluator conducting the evaluation will be seated at another location. A proctor is not needed. Our office will handle the technology set-up and oversight of the evaluation.
