One interview per semester is permitted. Requests for a second interview in the same semester (not tied to a grievance process) will be reviewed and considered on a case-by-case basis. If a second interview is granted, the examinee will need to pay the ASLPI fee of $165.00.
See the Grievances section of the web site if you have a concern pertaining to the testing procedures, examination content and/or results.
If your ASLPI results are lower than what you expected and/or they do not meet a needed requirement, it will not benefit you to schedule another ASLPI immediately. Consider seeking out both formal instruction and interactive opportunities. Both are typically needed to improve language skills.
Gallaudet offers ASL classes through the Center for Continuing Studies (CCS). Classes are offered during the Fall, Spring and Summer.
