The Office of International Programs and Services (OIPS), is an umbrella office for all things international on-campus, and includes Global Education and Scholars Services and International Student Services. OIPS works closely with other departments and units of the University to develop a wide range of international and intercultural educational opportunities. 

The Global Education and Scholar Services (GESS) division offers services for students, faculty, visiting students, scholars, researchers and professionals with an array of ways to enhance their expertise and knowledge of international issues related to deaf people and people with disabilities.

The International Student Services (ISS) division works closely with international students to ensure they are in compliance with current immigration regulations and assists students in navigating immigration legalities appropriately.
