Student Organizations 2012-2013
Gallaudet University has over 30 student organizations. The Office of Campus Activities believes extracurricular involvement is a rich educational resource that contributes to the growth of students as people, scholars, and leaders. The Office of Campus Activities supports student organization life in a number of ways they include:
- Directing the student to become involved by providing information about student organizations and activities that fit individuals and needs.
- Encouraging successful involvement by providing leadership and skill development opportunities, informative pamphlets, and specialized programs for student organization.
- Offering professional advising and a variety of organizational support.
These student organizations are responsible for the events held on/off campus including bake sale, cultural & social events, special events, lectures, and conferences. Contact the President of each student organization if you have any questions and/or desire to join as a member of the student organization.
