Miller Analogies Test (MAT)
The Miller Analogies Test (MAT) is now offered electronically at Gallaudet University’s Career Center. In order to take this exam, you MUST register by contacting Stephanie Walden at 202/651-5240 or via email at Stephanie.Walden@gallaudet.edu. Space is limited to four registrants per testing date; registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The test will take place every SECOND THURSDAY of each month. Test administration begins at 8:00 a.m. and those individuals who have registered to take the exam should come to the Career Center Library in the Student Academic Center, Room 2221, at least 10 - 15 minutes prior to the testing start time. Late arrivals will not be admitted into the testing area.
Test takers should bring the following:
· A picture ID
· Social Security Number (card is not required; ssn# must be accurate)
· A check, money order or cash for the $60.00 test fee. Make your check or money order payable to Gallaudet University
If you have taken the test before, please bring your Retest Admission Ticket. The MAT computerized exam will allow you to receive a Preliminary Score Report after taking the exam. Please note that this is not your official personal Score Report. Pearson (MAT Administration Site) will mail the official report to you and the universities that you selected.
