Blackboard will be offline on Monday

Blackboard will be offline for an upgrade on Monday, May 27 from 12:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

During this time, Blackboard Learn will be upgraded from Service Pack (SP) 10 to SP 12. With this upgrade there will be several new features available and eLearning will be providing various online workshops/webinars for those interested in learning more about them.

Additionally, below is a compiled list of available resources about the new features in SP 12.

Feature Showcase – this web page provides screen shots and descriptions of the features in Blackboard Learn
Blackboard Faculty Success – this web page provides a one-stop shop for educators teaching with Blackboard
YouTube Channels are also a great place for educators and students to find short videos introducing the new Blackboard Learn features. We have created an Educator Channel and Student Channel.
On-Demand Learning Center – access free video tutorials, getting started guides and other resources to become acclimated to the new features in Release 9.1
