Department of Interpretation Annual Student Research Forum
The Department of Interpretation (DOI) will host its annual student research forum on Friday, May 10 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in JSAC, Rooms 1011 and 1010.
Have you ever wondered…
- How do Deaf Interpreters organize their working space to create optimal conditions for their work?
- What are the causes of stress and burnout in VRS interpreting?
- How do emergent signers perceive interpreting at Gallaudet?
- How do people perceive the characteristics of Coda and non-Coda interpreters?
For findings on these and other topics, please attend. This event, open to the public, will showcase graduate and undergraduate DOI students as they share their research results via presentations and posters. CEUs will be available.
