Senior Art Exhibition
Seniors in the Art and Media Design program will showcase their artistic creations, including some motion pieces, in the Linda K. Jordan Gallery in the Washburn Arts Center through May 16.
The Exhibition is a perfect place for the seniors to be able to show off what they’ve worked hard on and are proud of throughout their college years including their preferred mediums and the areas where they are most talented. Some of the works are meant to be abstract, making the viewer think. Some of the works tell a story to the viewer. Some of the works SHOW you something. Take everything in and consider your own interpretations. Art is always open to interpretation! ASL artist statements are available on the TV screen inside the Washburn lounge.
Come see the work of Kellie Martin, John Bingham, Sara Moore, Samantha Liddick, Teresa Jackson, Whitney Steadman, Jeffery Stroud, and Cheyenna Wilding.
Opening reception: Thursday, April 25 at 5 p.m.
Showcase hours: Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Location: Linda K. Jordan Gallery, Washburn Arts Center
Taught by Dr. Paul Johnston, Art Program professor, Art, Communication, Theatre Department.
