Council of Multicultural Student Organization

Mission Statement

The Council of Multicultural Student Organizations (CMSO) will provide student leaders who represent diverse student populations with networking and information resources and will teach them how to become more effective, ethical, and influential leaders. CMSO also will promote the advancement of multicultural student leaders and advocate the importance of having representation of diverse students in all aspects of university life.

The CMSO believes that a competent and committed Advisor is essential for a truly effective and influential multicultural student organization and to that end will also serve as a resource for advisors to assist them in their role of supporting multicultural student leaders.
