Julia Wolhandler
My name is Julia Wolhandler. I am 23 years old and originally from Syracuse, New York. I am a third generation American. I attended Jamesville-Dewitt High School and graduated in 2006. That fall I became a freshman at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). Although I started with a degree in photography I quickly realized that I was not sure what I wanted to study. After a year I switched to the ASL-English Interpreting program. During College I attended the American University of Cairo in Egypt in the summer of 2009. I graduated from RIT this past winter, 2011, with my bachelor's degree in Interpreting as well as a minor in Arabic.
