Sam serves as ex-officio member on all GUAA Committees. He reports to the Vice President of Development, Alumni  and International Relations and to the GUAA Board of Directors. Sam also oversees all aspects of the Alumni Relations and Association programs and activities. He visits chapters, gives presentations to alumni and other groups, and submits alumni and chapter related stories for publication in Gallaudet Today. He supervises the Alumni Relations staff.
