Marie Shook Ogork grew up on Kendall Green, attending Kendall School, Model Secondary School for the Deaf, and Gallaudet University. Post-graduation, she worked for two public accounting firms, Arthur Andersen and Deloitte Tax LLP, for six years as a tax consultant specializing in private client services. Marie was a president fellow for the Department of Business, completing her MBA studies in 2007. She is currently an instructor teaching business courses.
