Short Biography
Deb hails from North Carolina and graduated from the North Carolina School for the Deaf. She went to mainstream school for four years prior to entering NCSD. Upon graduating from Gallaudet University, she started her career at Model Secondary School for the Deaf as a Resident Assistant. She continued in that position for 5 years. When she received her master’s degree she moved into the Coordinator Residence Educator position at the Northwest Campus and worked there for 4 years. She came to the Career Center and has held various positions within the department and now as a Career Consultant. Deb has a great love for dogs, has owned several dogs over the years and currently has two living with her in MD.
