Short Biography
Dale Withrow, Supervisor, Community Interpreting and Auxiliary Services, has an Advanced level National Interpreter Certification. Dale has been interpreting professionally since 1985 and has been a GIS Staff Interpreter since February, 2007. He has a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Davidson College, a Master's degree in Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary. Prior to becoming the Community Interpreting and Auxiliary Services Supervisor, Dale was the VRS Supervisor for Gallaudet University's VRS operations. Dale's areas of interest/skill is Music ASL Singing and Church. Dale and his wife Judith are proud parents of 5 Deaf children and one granddaughter! They live in Frederick, Maryland.
