Stephanie Deja holds an NAD IV certificate and a NIC Advanced certificate and has been a staff interpreter at Gallaudet Interpreting Services since July, 2004. In her 20 years of interpreting experience working in a wide variety of settings, she specializes in the areas of business, athletics, information technology, mental health and law enforcement. In her tenure at Gallaudet, Stephanie has interpreted and coordinated large national conferences and events. She also serves on Gallaudet Interpreting Services screening/hiring committee, feedback committee, and the emergency interpreting services committee and has served as a mentor.
