Chuck was born in South Carolina and raised in North Carolina. He attended Eastern NC School for the Deaf and NC School for the Deaf. He graduated from NCSD then attended and graduated from Gallaudet University with Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information System in 1983. He earned his Master of General Administration in Management Information System from University of Maryland, University College in 1992.
Over the years, Chuck has worked in different positions in computer services as a Computer Operator, Applications Programmer, and Computer Lab Coordinator. Now, he is a eLearning Specialist for eLearning and Web Authoring, a unit of Gallaudet Technology Services. Chuck loves working with students, faculty and staff.
Chuck currently lives in College Park, MD. But he is a die-hard UNC Tarheels fan. He enjoys travelling everywhere, outdoors, and scuba diving.
