Short Biography
Mrs. Pugh joined the staff of the Gallaudet University Counseling Center in 1991 and moved to the Mental Health Center in 1996 when the Counseling Center and the Community Mental Health and Counseling Center merged. Her prior experiences involve internships at the Learning Center for Deaf Children and the Trinity Mental Health Center in Framingham, Massachusetts; and Visions: Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired in New York City.
