Short Biography
Dr. Barclay has spent the majority of his social work career working clinically with a variety of populations including adult survivors of traumatic brain injury and their families, deaf and hard of hearing persons, adults with substance abuse/dependence issues, and adults with a variety of developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. In 2002, Dr. Barclay joined the faculty at Gallaudet University where he currently teaches classes in the undergraduate program.
