Student Financial Services

1. Pay off your full balance by March 8, 2013.
2. Make sure you choose classes for the Fall semester.
3. Send your VR counselor the required documents: grades, transcripts, etc.
4. Complete Mandatory Online Business Registration one week before your summer class is expected to begin.  Summer 2013 Online Business Registration will be available April 22, 2013 to June 27, 2013.
5. Complete Mandatory Online Business Registration by August 26, 2013 for the Fall 2013 semester.
6. All full-time students for the Fall 2013 semester must submit health insurance waiver information by August 26, 2013 to Student Financial Services or they will be charged $2,500.00 for student health insurance.

Gallaudet University Student Financial Services has an Online Business Registration process.

The Online Business Registration is for all US and International (Graduate, ELI, Undergraduate, Continuous Enrollment, Ph.D., Re-admits, and Transfer) students and it will be available online through Bison from July 1, 2013 to August 30, 2013.  A $50.00 late registration will be applied to all students if online business registration is completed after August 26, 2013.

Returning US Graduate and Undergraduate students must be cleared for registration (i.e., account must be less than $1,000 and no service indicators blocking registration). Returning US and International Graduate, Undergraduate and ELI students who have HOLDS (blocks) on their account must resolve this before they are able to complete their online business registration.

Returning International Students must complete their international clearance at International Student Services in HMB E253 before processing the online business registration.

The deadline to pay off your outstanding balance for the Summer 2013 semester is June 28, 2013.

5. All full-time summer students must submit health insurance waiver information byJanuary 21, 2014 to Student Financial Services or they will be charged $1,225.00 for student health insurance for one year.
