- first 20 minutes $150 $300 - additional 20 minutes increments $50 $100
Offline Captioning means captioning of pre-recorded content. GTS no longer schedule or perform Real-Time Captioning. Services, scheduling and billing for real-time captioning (CART)will be handled by Gallaudet Interpreting Service (GIS).
Note1:
With Transcript = script already provided by client
Without Transcript = our staff technician transcribe video in house
Note2: We can not and will not caption any copyrighted video without expressed permission from the copyright holder, in which you must provide documentation before any work can be done.
Note3: There will be no charge if video is intended for classroom use. Client must provide class information, schedule, and location, and is limited to Gallaudet University and its undergraduate and graduate students.
Network Services:

Telephone Services:

Virtual Server Fees:
Annual cost will be $1000.00 billed at beginning of each fiscal year (FY) for the following basic configuration:
One-time set up fee of $500.00. Annual cost will be prorated for each quarter depending on when server is set up. Contact Helpdesk for custom configuration
vRAM (virtual RAM): 2 GB vCPU (virtual CPU): 1 Base C drive size: 40 GB Operating System: Windows 2008 R2 or RedHat Enterprise Linux 6 System maintenance including operating system updates Basic system monitoring Firewall Protection Antivirus Protection Backup - once a day with data retained for 4 weeks Remote Access
