Article VII - Amendments

Amendments to these by-laws or the standing rules may be proposed and presented for discussion by the Executive GSC committee at a regularly scheduled meeting of the GSC and voted on at the next regularly scheduled meeting. A GSC member who wishes to suggest or recommend an amendment should communicate it to the Executive GSC committee in ASL through video or writing. Amendments shall become effective when approved by two-thirds of the
voting members of the GSC in attendance at a regularly scheduled meeting at which a quorum is present as defined in 1.3.2.
