Requirements for Active Status

To be considered an active Honors student, a student must:

• be enrolled  in a minimum of one Honors course per semester (or be enrolled in a course to fulfill an agreement with the Honors Director to complete an Honors Option Contract, a graduate course, or an upper-level course in the consortium).  Beginning in the spring semester of their junior year, continuing through to graduation, students must enroll and progress through the Honors Contract courses.  Students who fail to progress through the Capstone sequence cannot be considered active Honors students.
• maintain a G.P.A. of 3.2 or above.
• must follow the guidelines for academic integrity.
