Kizuna Team and Presentation

On March 23, CIPS hosted a workshop for the entire Gallaudet community. Everyone came to the Marketplace to view a presentation given by our Japanese students. The presentation was about the "Gallaudet-Japan Kizuna Team" which was founded by Japanese students, faculty, and alumni who have lived in Japan. The team has met to discuss how we can raise money and support the deaf community in Japan. The word "Kizuna" means a connection or bond in the Japanese language.
