Sasakawa International Scholarship

I am from New Delhi, India. My goal is to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. After graduating I would like to continue my studies and obtain a Master of Science degree.

I want to work as a financial officer or an accountant. In addition, I want to establish organizations in India for the development of deaf education and the development of technologies such as videophones for communication for the deaf.

The Sasakawa Scholarship has helped me to pay my tuition fees, which in turn helps me to continue my studies at Gallaudet University. It has also helped me develop skills I need to make a difference in the deaf community in my country. So special thanks to Mr. Sasakawa, the Nippon Foundation in Japan and Gallaudet University for supporting me all this time.
