Deskripcija: Savez je aktivni sudionik svih zakonodavnih i političkih inicijativa i akcija u korist osoba s invaliditetom. Sudjeluje na savjetovanjima i simpozijima s ovog područja često kao aktivni sudionik. Pribavlja specifičnu dokumentaciju o europskoj i internacionalnoj politici u vezi sa gluhima i nagluhima prevodeći i objavljujući važne zakone i dokumentaciju. Savez aktivno djeluje u proučavanju hrvatskog znakovnog jezika gluhih, pripremajući literaturu i rječnike, organizirajući seminare i tečajeve znakovnog jezika.
Description: The Association is an active participant in all legislative and political initiatives and actions on behalf of persons with disabilities. It takes part in the conferences and symposiums in this area. It supplies specific information on the European and international policies regarding the deaf and hard of hearing through by translating and publishing important laws and documentation. It is also active in the study of Croatian sign language, preparing literature and dictionaries on the subject, organizing seminaries and courses of sign language.
