The Strategic Plan calls for significant input into faculty development in preparation for implementing bilingual strategies within the classroom. (See D.4.2 on the following Faculty Governance page). Faculty may take advantage of a number of different programs and activities in support of their knowledge and uses of bilingual pedagogy as well as language proficiency and use in the classroom. These programs include the Bilingual Faculty Development Program, Bilingual Advantage Lecture Series, Classroom Observation, and ASL classes.
