As Student Learning Outcome #1 is infused throughout the curriculum, students have increased learning opportunities to develop skills of academic discourse. These skills are the focus of General Studies Requirements (GSR) 102 Critical Reading and Writing and GSR 103 American Sign Language (ASL) and Deaf Studies. In addition to the General Studies curriculum, Gallaudet students enjoy the opportunity to approach ASL and English from a wide variety of courses and programs.
