The Gallaudet University Regional Center - Northeast is located at Northern Essex Community College in Haverhill, Massachusetts. This Center provides services and resources to Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Vermont.
