The Gallaudet University Regional Center-Pacific is located at Kapi’olani Community College in Honolulu, Hawaii. This Center provides services and resources to Hawai’i and American Samoa, the Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, the Commonwealth of Northern Marianas, the Republic of Palau and the Republic of the Marshall Islands.

To better fulfill GURC mission, we are conducting this needs assessment to help guide us as we design programs and services. This needs assessment is completely voluntary and anonymous. You will have the option to request inclusion in our listserv at the end of the needs assessment. By using SurveyMonkey, we are guaranteeing anonymity. Please complete this survey by May 1, 2013.
