KICKBOXING/ZUMBA
This combo Kickboxing/Zumba class "kicks" off with 25 minutes of a cardiovascular workout comprised of boxing and mixed martial arts moves. Through the use of multiple combinations of non contact punches and kicks, participants will experience an intense total body workout that will improve strength, coordination and balance along with learning the basic techniques for self-defense. The final 25 minutes of the class becomes a Zumba party, where participants will experience an exciting dance party atmosphere. Zumba uses a fusion of Latin and international rhythms coupled with body sculpting movements that target the legs, arms, gluteus, abs and heart. Anyone and everyone (non - dancers included) can have fun dancing while exercising.
