Colleagues, Thank you to everyone who sent feedback on the Draft Program Prioritization Criteria. The Program Prioritization Task Force met in an all day meeting last week on Friday to review that feedback. We will meet again on Friday, March 5 in the afternoon, and again on March 12 (all day) to finalize the Criteria as well as the PP process.

Now that the BOT has been briefed on the PP process, we have finalized a PP Timeline that shows the timeframes and major phases of the PP process for the entire year of the Program Prioritization process at Gallaudet. You'll recall that the PPTF was charged with prioritizing academic programs at Gallaudet. As is common practice in program prioritization at other universities, the PPTF has defined academic programs for the purpose of PP at GU.
