Phase Va: Prioritize and make recommendations on all academic programs (grow, restructure, merge,  discontinue);

PPTF begins writing  PPTF Report with early drafting (process description) beginning in summer

Phase Vb: Investigate and recommend process for implementation of PP decisions; plan  for integration with reorganization of structures (e.g., AA Revisioning)

PPTF continues writing  PPTF Report (process and implementation  description).

Oct  BOT: PP Report- Part I: Description of PP process and recommendations for implementation

President, Provost, and PPTF communicates and reviews recommendations with campus stakeholders;
