B.A. in Psychology
Core courses include Child Development, Research Methods, Psychology and Deaf People, and Social Psychology as well as elective courses in areas such as clinical psychology, experimental foundations, developmental, socio-cultural psychology, and practicum (field work experience). This curriculum provides a breadth and depth of coverage in the field that allows students to pursue a variety of career objectives.

Requirements for a Major in Psychology
Students wishing to declare a Psychology major must have an overall GPA of at least 2.5 and completed PSY 201 and GSR 150 or equivalent with a "C" or better. To continue in the Psychology major, a student must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 in major courses.
