CRLA Level 2
Level 2 / Advanced Training
CRLA Level 2 / Advanced tutor training is not required but highly recommended. Some positions such as Language Advisors do require this level. Rhonda Madden is responsible for Level 2 training. If you have questions, contact: Rhonda.Madden@gallaudet.edu.
Level 2 training is offered as a one-credit (non-degree) Professional Studies and Training course, or its equivalent. The course title is PST 572.
The training consists of two required training sessions, reading, watching videotapes, and doing on-line activities such as taking quizzes.
Level 2 Training will cover the following topics:

- Assertiveness Training for Level 2
