English Language Institute

Costs, Dorms, and Meals

Financial Policy

All students at the English Language Institute are required to pay their semester tuition and other fees before the deadline for business registration at the beginning of each semester.  This policy went into effect as of the Spring 2013 semester.  New ELI students who will stay on campus will need to pay their dormitory fee and meal plan fee before their arrival for New Student Orientation or else they would not be allowed to check into their dorm room upon arrival.  A minimum amount that covers the estimated books and supplies fee needs to be deposited in advance for ELI students that have off campus housing and financial support from an outside agency.  Please contact the ELI at eli.office@gallaudet.edu if you have questions about this policy.

Deadlines for business registration are posted in the Gallaudet University academic calendars.
