The Department of Administration and Supervision is home to the university's new Master of Public Administration degree program-a program designed for deaf, hard of hearing, and hearing professionals working in local, state, and federal government agencies; non-profit agencies; and non-governmental agencies.
The Department also has a collaborative program with the Burstein Leadership Institute called the Change Leadership Academy. The Academy is designed as a four-course training experience to teach teams of educators from schools for the deaf about how to create and sustain transformational change in their schools. Graduating teams receive a Certificate of Change Leadership.
