Here's the Summer Housing 2013 Application form - Download Form. Dorm rooms are $30 per night/$204 per week.
Special Note: $200 deposit not required for MA-SLT/MA-SLED students!
We will be staying in Carlin Hall. Rooms in Carlin Hall are designed as suites with private bathrooms rather than dorm rooms and one large shared bathroom for everyone. If you prefer to have a room to yourself, please make this clear on the application. If you are ok with having a roommate (or have a preferred friend to room with), make this clear on the application too.
Students staying in the dorm during the dates of our summer courses will have the room charges billed to student account (which means you can pay later).
If you're coming more than a day before classes start, staying in the dorm in between courses (June 30 - July 6), or staying after courses end, the room charges must be paid up-front - in other words, pay before you stay in the dorm. This means you will need to pre-pay Residential Life directly before you check in.
If you have external agencies paying for your dorm stay (e.g. VR), you will need to tell them to include the following line:
"Transfer $204.00 to Residence Life for June 30-July 6".
You want to also include this information on the last page (payment plan), e.g. which weeks/days you'll be paying later, and which weeks/days you'll be pre-paying.
Please make sure you complete all the necessary information as well as sign all pages as needed. You can:

If you're staying in the dorms a certain number of weeks, you're required to buy a certain amount of Dining Dollars:
4 weeks - $475
5 weeks - $595
6 weeks - $715
7 weeks - $835
8 weeks - $950
9 weeks - $1,065
**Dining dollars are non refundable, so you do want to use them up prior to your departure.**
You have options of attending the Hanson Plaza Dining Hall (the good ol' cafeteria), MarketPlace (in Student Academic Center, or formerly called Ely Center) or Bistro (in the Conference Center), and using your Dining Dollars there.
MarketPlace: Mon-Fri 7am-2pm
Hanson Plaza Dining Hall:
Weekends/Holidays (e.g. July 4th)
Bistro: M-F 7a-9:30 for breakfast and 11:30a-2p for lunch
