Liletha manages the day-to-day operation of the office and takes on logistical projects to connect the campus, such as the implementation of a new online form for the Capital Project Panning Committee which allows the campus to submit space and move requests to the Office of Campus Design and Planning.
She has amassed over twenty-five years of experience in the administrative professional field. Prior to Gallaudet, she worked as office manager and bookkeeper for the National Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty (NCADP) and executive coordinator for the Jesuit Secondary Association. Her professional expertise encompasses various capacities, including creating marketing material, managing office-wide outgoing correspondence, supervising staff members, and maintaining million-dollar budgets. She also has over twenty years of experience as a conference/event planner, and holds a CIW Web Design and Building certificate. Liletha is a certified Group Exercise instructor and registered Yoga instructor with over 15 years of experience. She is also training for her first Marine Corp Marathon in October 2014. She is due to receive her BS in Business Administration from University of MD in the fall of 2015."
