Kojo is a hard of hearing Career Consultant who works creatively with clients and students, to assist them with developing their individual and unique career brands through self-assessment and confidence-building techniques that foster self-actualization.
His mantra is to “pay it forward,” putting his customers' needs first. He believes customer satisfaction is the hallmark of organizational success.
Kojo has more than 20 years experience in customer service and program development for individuals with disabilities focusing on Deaf and Hard of Hearing and advocacy fields. He believes that key strategic program development which meets and exceeds customer needs and expectations is what enhances organizational infrastructures.
