CGE Curriculum Action/Approval Forms

To decide how to submit paperwork for a curriculum action:

  1. Identify what action you require. Please refer to the "Curriculum Actions Requiring CGE Approval" document to determine if your actions require CGE Approval. A general rule of thumb to apply is that if a change must be made in the graduate catalog, it requires CGE approval.
  2. Compile the necessary documents by going down the column for the specific action.
  3. Submit to Dr. Gaurav Mathur, Assistant Dean, one original paper copy and one electronic file copy in PDF or HTML format.

 

Proposal Deadlines

Proposal Deadline for New Programs:

October 15, 2012

Proposal Deadline for Revised Programs:

November 05, 2012

Proposal Deadline for New/Revised Course for Fall 2013:

January 14, 2013
