Gallaudet University is authorized to issue Form I-20 by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
In order to receive the Form I-20, you must complete the 2013-2014 Certification of Finances Form and Sponsor’s Affidavit of Annual Cash Support Form. Please submit your completed forms to International Student Services no later than June 30 for the Fall Semester or no later than November 30 for the Spring Semester.
If any documents arrive after June 30 (Fall Semester) or November 30 (Spring Semester), you will be automatically deferred to the future semester. Be aware that photocopies and faxed documents will not be accepted. It is mandatory to have official and original documents notarized. Once we have received sufficient documentations showing full proof of financial support, we will then provide the Form I-20 to you.
