Clerc Center Online Networks

The following links are to networks developed at the Clerc Center to facilitate information sharing and interaction on various topics:

Early Intervention Network

This online network shares five evidence-based factors and supporting program components shown to be essential for the development of linguistic competence in children who are deaf or hard of hearing. Various programs implementing these factors throughout the country are highlighted, and a discussion forum is in development for early intervention professionals to network with each other about the application of these factors and other, related early intervention issues. Join the Early Intervention Network Discussion group to discuss the five factors with other early intervention providers.

Deaf Students with Disabilities Network

This on-line network is designed to provide resources, tools, and information to parents and professionals who have, or work with, deaf and hard of hearing students with disabilities. The site includes discussion forums designed to promote information sharing and ongoing opportunities to engage with others living and working with deaf and hard of hearing students with disabilities.

National Outreach Resources (NOR)

This on-line community is designed for outreach providers actively involved in the education of deaf and hard of hearing children birth through age 21. It was created as an interactive networking site for outreach providers to share resources and information with each other.
