Early Intervention Action Plan
The Early Intervention action plan team will identify evidence based factors that positively impact linguistic competence in young deaf and hard of hearing children through a review of the research. These factors are essential components in resources and programs for deaf and hard of hearing students. After the team has identified these factors, they will work to identify programs that are using these components in practice to support the development of linguistic competence to learn about the strategies they use. By 2012, the team will disseminate evidence-based strategies for early intervention service delivery.
