2013 American Honey Queen, Caroline Adams will visit Gallaudet University to present information about honey and the beekeeping industry. Her presentation is open to the campus community.
As American Honey Queen, Caroline Adams shares her experiences as a first-generation beekeeper. She will explain the wonders and intricacies of the modern beehive and will discuss the vital importance of honeybees to the nation's food supply and survival. Come and learn ways that you can support and protect honeybees, including protecting their habitat. Caroline will also present on the versatility of all natural honey and the other important and unique products produced by hard working honeybees.
Caroline Adams is a native of Plano, TX, and travels nationally throughout the year representing the American Beekeeping Federation. Her travels have taken her from coast to coast, presenting in schools, at fairs and festivals, and through the media. A student of American Sign Language, Caroline will deliver her messages using sign language.
