Participate in a survey about social media!

Seeking all Gallaudet students, staff, faculty, and community members to participate. This survey is for my thesis research into how deaf culture can be seen, analyzed, and understood through the use of social media. Through surveying Gallaudet students, faculty, staff, and community members, I hope to understand how the deaf community uses social media. Being that there is no geographically bound deaf community, has the imprint that the deaf community has left online created and enhanced relationships? Created new communities? Has the online world become the first successful deaf space? Currently, there is no existing research focusing on this community and its relationship with social media. This thesis hopes to answer these questions and fill that gap.

It is anticipated that your participation will take approximately 3 to 20 minutes.
