Content Management System (CMS) and Daily Digest off line for maintenance
On Monday, February 17, Gallaudet Technology Services will take the Ingeniux Content Management System off line all day to install and configure an all new Daily Digest and Calendar functionality that resolves a number of long-standing issues.
For web authors this means you will not be able to update, edit, or create new content during this time.
For Daily Digest users--the submission form will remain open BUT your submissions will NOT be processed on Monday. If you have an announcement or a calendar item that you need posted for the following Tuesday or Wednesday, you will need to submit that item by Thursday, February 13.
This is typically a busy time for Daily Digest so we expect a backlog of submissions. We recommend that you submit your announcements even earlier if possible and we appreciate your patience as we work to upload and approve your requests before and after this outage.
A reminder that the normal deadline for Daily Digest submissions is by 2 p.m. TWO working days before you want your announcement to run, or before you want your calendar item to appear on the calendar. This means for an announcement to start to run on a Thursday, it must be submitted by Tuesday at 2 p.m. For an announcement to run over the weekend and Monday, it must be submitted by 2 p.m. on Thursday. We make every effort to accommodate late submissions when possible, but timely submissions always have priority.
