This Responsible Conduct in Research workshop addresses ethical issues related to research involving deaf research participants, deaf communities, and deaf populations. It is led by Teresa Blankmeyer Burke, Ph.D., Department of History, Philosophy, Religion and Sociology.
Attendance at this workshop will satisfy 2 hours of face to face RCR instruction; this will partially satisfy current regulations for federal grant ethics education. Interpreters and CART provided.
The "Do No Harm" theme will be examined in more depth with a series of workshops offered in Spring 2014. A survey about RCR topics and scheduling preferences will be distributed later this month.
Please RSVP to Carlene Thumann-Prezioso at email@example.com.
