Gallaudet University and National Science Foundation (NSF)'s Science of Learning Center, VL2, and the Petitto BL2 neuroimaging lab are hosting the NSF Avatar & Robotics Signing Creatures Workshop, bringing USA and Europe's top scientists in visual language, avatar, and robotics to Gallaudet, to discuss research priorities and brainstorm innovative language learning products for young children.
The workshop's morning "Knowledge Explosion," will be open to the Gallaudet community on Friday, November 15, from 9:30 to 11 a.m. in Foster Auditorium. Our experts come from all over including USC, Yale, Rutgers, University of Massachusetts, Georgia Tech, University of Hamburg, Stockholm University, PBS KIDS, and Disney Interactive.
