Gallaudet and the Global Deaf Village

Barbara J. White, DSW

Dr. White's Distinguished Faculty presentation, "Gallaudet and the Global Deaf Village," highlights the ways the University is providing international opportunities through its campus programs and in its classrooms, and suggests how Gallaudet can increase global learning and service.  Dr. White's presentation includes a panel of students who share their internship experiences.

Dr. White is a 1976 graduate of Gallaudet, where she majored in social work and psychology.  She holds an MSW degree from the University of Maryland and a doctorate in social work from the National Catholic School of Social Service at the Catholic University of America.
