Deaf History Lecture Series: The 7 Ducks

Deaf History Lecture Series presents:
"The 7 Ducks: Behind the DPN Movement"
This lecture is based on interviews with the "7 Ducks," a group of alumni who were intimately involved in building momentum for the DPN movement.
Ben Jarashow, a California native, graduated from Gallaudet University with a Bachelor's degree in Deaf Studies in 2004 and a Master's degree in Deaf Studies: Cultural Studies in 2006. He is currently teaching at Utah Valley University with the ASL & Deaf Studies program in the language department. Also, he is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in the Media and Communication program at the European Graduate School. He lives in Provo, Utah with his wife, Kat, and their two dogs.
